youre asking how him destroying his phone isn't a bad look ? you know how ridiculous that sounds ? lets say ___________ was being accused of something and he/she destroyed their phone. would you not think that individual was hiding something ?

It clearly is suspicious and I've already stated that. I just don't get why it's such a big deal when Goodell is in possession of the conversations from the phone and all the phones involved.

if he had everyone's phone he would have had bradys. which is all he needed to finish the puzzle. but obviously brady didn't want to give up the phone because all the texts would have matched up. the equipment people (for the sake of arguing) could have made up the texts and it would seem like they wanted to take down brady out of hatred jealously etc.

Listened to a lawyer on radio on way home. He thinks that if Brady appeals and goes to court, he could play season opener (sorry DMX) but risk would be if judge upholds, could miss 4 games........in December or January.

Doesn't it benefit the Pats to just take it in Sept and then recover from there?

How can he appeal and go to a judge with "sorry, needed new phone, didn't mean to destroy evidence"
