@TheRealGresh : Google Imaged Jim Bob Cooter. One of the first photos to pull up (it's not him).
TB has gone at coaches, teammates, and refs. We've gone through this before. What is it about him screaming at people that it's leader ship but Jay, Dez, Hardy, are just being cancerous? All I ever got back was a dumb *** answer that Brady was a player coach. The threads resident lurker made that connection a page or 2 back unsurprisinglyI didn't see that. My biggest problem is they keep showing Dez and talking about Dez. What the hell does Dez have to do with this? Why aren't they showing him going at the coach and other players? Dez was cool trying to calm him down.Someone really compared Hardy's blow up to TB??? C'mon now
Also anyone who watched the full video will understand the full context and that Dez was the only player with the balls to try to calm him down.
Deliverance is a biopic of Cooter's childhood

[thread="629840"]Leadership is the exact opposite. Not shoving , screaming, glaring down a player when they make a mistake. Pulling them aside, acknowledging it, resolve to get better. [/thread]

Do you really side with Hardy here? Or is it the superfriends you're after?
Hell no. Showing up a coach sets extremely bad precedent. How are you leader smacking stuff out your coaches hand in front all the other players? If I was your leader, I'd pat you on the back and tell you how good you do and if you mess up, I will put my hand on your shoulder and tell you to "go get 'em next time." Someone else though, may not respond to that...In fact, may look at it as weak. Sometimes, your leaders need to get in your face. There isn't just one way to lead. Especially not when you're dealing with a multitude of personalities.[thread="629840"]Official Nfl Discussion Thread 2015 16 Season Week 6 Grudge Match Snf/42660#post_24412091[/thread]

So what's the difference when it's TB, Dez, Jay, Hardy? How come it's judged differently? You sound a little soft man. It's not all Kumbaya and stuff.... kids get glared at at the pee wee mighty mite level.[thread="629840"]Official Nfl Discussion Thread 2015 16 Season Week 6 Grudge Match Snf/42660#post_24412091[/thread]

We're talking about the peak of the sport. **** happens.
What Hardy did isn't comparable to yelling at someone in a mean voice.
He acknowledged my point then made his own as an addendum to it.
