It took YEARS for Suh and I think what they are doing to Burfict is worse.

At least it was in the field of play.

He didn't stomp on a *****!!!!!!!!

He put ankle locks on Olsen and Cam. He went low at Ben's knees. Those weren't bang-bang plays

And I would be fine if Wallace was suspended for that Denver hit

I'm sick of this **** man. For the past two days I've been watching these dudes ***** and moan about the Steelers "getting away" with **** when it's been a two way street ALL season long.

And let me be clear, I'm NOT defending anything the Steelers players or coaches have done. But holy ****, enough is enough.

If you think it's a dirty play then I can respect that.

What I'm not feeling is thie singling out of dude and making him the face of dirty when Shazier did the same THING TO GIO!!!!

And they even tryna make the Ben hit dirty!

I'm bout to cool off and watch this game.

May you rest in ****.

The additional knee to the shoulder was unnecessary but that Ben hit was fine. Nobody should complain about it

:rollin :rollin :rollin @ anybody having a problem with a repeat offender getting suspended.

Same guy going around twisting ankles

Same guy slapping dudes in the nuts

Same guy giving out multiple helmet to helmet hits

Same guy going after QBs knees

Same guy who spit on an o-line man

Same guy who told said lineman to "watch his knees" after he spit on him

This is the guy you all are defending? Wow :lol

Did Suh have this many apologists on here? I'm curious.....

:{ . Dude is a true POS man. I'm all for physical football and playing with a high motor but he's just ******* dirty. Idk how anyone can defend his actions

Bro, with all due respect, that's the dumbest line of reasoning I've ever heard.

"Well, you tried to concuss a guy but at least you didn't stomp on his leg!"

But your player literally headhunted a dude, left him concussed, and then celebrated while he was unconscious on the field.  In the same game.

You see no hypocrisy in your outrage whatsoever?

I know many of the same people who call Burfict scum and whatnot would wear a throwback of former defensive greats who did the same. Only difference is it's a penalty now. In other words those people allow the NFL to dictate and control how they think.

He's a piece of **** too, for hitting him and celebrating. See how easy that is for me? I'm not one of these homers who defend everything my team does. Sorry if you're getting that vibe from me.

Man we know players do extra **** like that all the time, I'm feelin some sort of way about people thinking dude is some animal just off the leash type of thing.

It's disgusting.

I'm pretty sure the NFL would prefer to allow those hits and still have their "Jacked Up" segment.  It's the scientific community that forced them to acknowledge it and cry crocodile tears.

In any case it's not worth it to me so much that I need to get my entertainment from those types of plays to the head.

Simms was just horrible all around.

Again, who is defending any Steelers player? Not me. Nobody is shocked, but quit it with the false outrage dude.
That's the thing.

You can hide behind the I'm not defending him" but you are vilifying one person out of many..... why?

Why is Burfict the headline?

Seems like non one is speaking on Munchak at all.

Shaizer is certainly skating.

If it wasn't for Pacman, I'm sure Joey would too

Burfict had these problems in COLLEGE. There is a reason he dropped from 1st round talent to undrafted over the course of his college career.

Only makes it worse that coaches had to talk to him BEFORE the game and warn him not to get out of control.... and it STILL happened.

Burfict has a history. Right or wrong, there's gonna be added attention to anything he does. Not to mention the hit in question came at the end of the game and helped the Steelers win. So, yea, all eyes are gonna be on him.

Shaizer should be fined.
Porter's dumbass should be fined.
Munchak should be fined.

That game was too out of control on both sides.

Probably two reasons

1 due to the swing in the game and going from certain victory to defeat

2 because he is now a headline and known for this

But the media looks to what narrative is going to drive the most clicks and interests and apparently this is the one

I agree that some comments are borderline and insinuating some real negative stuff

Bruh, I'm not tryna hear no level headed **** right now!

Literally the worse lose of my life.

I really believed this year then this BS happened.

I'm ****** up man.

Haven't felt like this since the Pistons beat the Lakers

At some point Mike Tomlin needs to be held accountable for his own behavior and the behavior of his coaches, all said and done.  The fact that Porter was given the game ball after the game is a disgrace.  So is the fact that multiple coaches on his staff (HC included) have now been involved in on-field incidents—that's totally unprecedented.

Coaches should be held to a higher standard and both Munchak and Porter should be suspended, and Tomlin put on notice.  Marvin can't keep his players under control which sucks for him, but Tomlin has a pattern of actively encouraging this type of behavior which is definitely worse.
