In unusually blunt terms, Packers coach Mike McCarthy acknowledged today what has long been suspected: Eddie Lacy  isn’t in good enough shape.

McCarthy said Lacy is overweight, and that if he doesn’t lose weight this offseason, he’s not going to be on the field for the Packers in the fall.

“Eddie’s got a lot of work to do,” McCarthy said. “I’m stating the obvious. His offseason last year was not what it should be and he never recovered from it. He cannot play at the weight he did this year.”

Although Lacy showed flashes of his immense talent as a runner — including a career-long 61-yard run in Saturday’s loss to the Cardinals — overall Lacy was a huge disappointment this season. He finished the year with career lows in carries, yards, touchdowns, catches and receiving yards.
Waiting for that whale that ate Lacy to spit him back up. Maybe this will motivate him

Honestly, dude next to Zo, that was my face when I first saw Hope's pics. :lol Like that exact expression.

(Is that GP?)

Yep, around the time he won his lone ring with the Heat in '06. Was glad he capped off his career with a ring, and even more glad he got it with us :hat

I think it's time to move on from Arby's. Especially since I kinda want a Jr RB with cheddar for lunch

Woah...this is new to me.
Peyton Manning  will start his 25th playoff game on Sunday.

But the Denver Broncos  quarterback's future could be inside an ownership suite instead of on the field.

"There is a push inside the league to have him part of an ownership group with the Tennessee Titans," FOX Sports NFL insider Jay Glazer reported before the Denver Broncos faced the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday.

Manning, of course, played his college ball at the University of Tennessee and is a part-owner of the Memphis Grizzlies.
Nice.

I'm gon need the Broncos D to show up on Sunday, keep the pressure on Brady.

Only chance Broncos have IMO. Defense has got to play lights out. If they get down two or more scores and have to rely on Peyton's arm to get them back in the game they're done.

If they can keep a lead or keep it close...Manning still has a game winning drive or two in him.

Or they bounty Brady...

Can't throw the house at TB with all his weapons healthy :lol. He'll carve them up with his quick release.

What I do wonder is if BB's gonna give the front 7 the green light on Peyton since they don't really need to worry about him scrambling unlike Brock

Win over Patriots would be worth $2 million to Peyton Manning

One thing stands between Peyton Manning and $2 million.

The New England Patriots.

As if his 17th career showdown with Tom Brady and the strong possibility this is Manning’s final NFL game isn’t making the AFC title game intriguing enough.

When the Denver Broncos approached their quarterback about a pay cut for the 2015 season, Manning agreed to reduce his base salary from $19 million to $15 million provided he had the chance to earn the money back through two postseason incentives: Manning would collect $2 million for winning the AFC Championship game and another $2 million with a victory in Super Bowl 50. Manning must appear in 70 percent of the offense snaps to collect.

Manning can secure his first financial prize Sunday if Denver topples New England in Sunday’s matchup at Sports Authority Field.
If they do advance, I wouldn't mind seeing him get his money byke.

@footballfacts
The Tom Brady @Patriots 4-1 when attempting 50+ passes in playoffs. All other QBs in @NFL history 3-28.
Ridiculous.
