Pretty much they can go out and try to sign with another team, and if they don't match what the other team offers, they get two first rounders in return.
If say the Rams want him, the jets have to match what the Rams is offering him.
If the jets don't,
Rams get Mo for the price they are willing to pay,
Jets lose Mo but get two first round picks in return.
