I mean what can you fix with RG3?
He's an injury waiting to happen.
Not to mention from all we know he doesn't have it mentally either.
Sounds like 2 things a coaching staff can't control.
That's the thing...the offense has to be catered to his skill set. Running a variation of an offense like the Seahawks or 49ers would benefit him greatly.
He complained about how the Shanahan's were using him, but they got the best results. RG3, as strictly a pocket passer, leaves a lot to be desired.
If cut, someone will surely take a flyer on him. He'll probably sit for the majority of the season, learn whatever offense he's in, and give it a go in '16.
I still think, he could potentially be a low risk/high reward player. However, a lot has to go right for him to get to that point in his career.
