ummm...Marshall is an idiot. the league tried nailing Brady to a cross. he didn't get off cause he's white. he got off cause a federal judge had enough of a brain to let him off. and i don't want to hear that white athletes are the only ones getting let off the hook in federal court

You have to forgive the majority of people on the internet, and especially NT.
They read headlines and listen to sound bites. Rarely do they read entire articles or listen to full interviews.

agreed. i expect more appeals, but let's see how many get to court. i'm sure the league is going to try and keep that from happening though as it just looks bad, regardless of the outcome.

What about AP,Ray Rice and Vilma all winning their appeals? This decision had nothing to do with race imo,federal judges in general have mostly ruled against the league in favor of the players no matter their race. I get his point about white QB's but that doesn't relate to this specific case at all imo
