This is playing out exactly like how Reid’s tenure ended in Philly. Loyalty to coaches he should never be loyal to and undisciplined teams constantly beating themselves.

Offense is horrible and team beating on teams who quit. Raiders had zero business winning this game. This was more of an indictment on the chiefs. This formula has never been a sustainable formula for winning in the NFL.
Raiders need a coach who can build a team not only get his players to play hard.
