Russ is on the right track, but he's definitely no civil rights mover. I was heavy in the college/NFL threads talking about Russ and what he could be in the NFL, but he was getting major downgrades by the draft gurus for his height, which is why he slid in the draft...

I digress...he allowed the "ballers" a route to the NFL and not really many black QB examples...im talking the Manziel's and Mayfields of the world. But part of the reason he was able to date white woman was cause he was one of the if not most famous athletes in the country.
