QBs are the focal point of the team—the “guy”. Jimmy is/was the focal point.

Neither of them are good enough to get a team past the finish line. That’s all I’m trying to say.

Pro sports refs got some of the strongest unions. Really only cops and politicians do worse jobs, have the least accountability and get rewarded more.
