Better they come together to make sure the call is correct. It would be worse otherwise. Also, the referee is the one who announces the call. Same as the lead official in the NBA on reviews at the scorer's table.

tbh, i could see Brady pullin for his boy to be the Raiders HC

We currently have him as a consultant. It's the perfection situation storyline wise if he became the head coach since he's from the Northeast Ohio and grew up a browns fan. Plus we currently have a better roster than raiders - but I wouldnt surprised if Brady pulled strings to get him

We have one of the best teams roster wise, we just have bad play calling
