OFFICIAL NFL THREAD 2024-25: Week XII

7th rounder you say? And Malik couldn’t touch a girl at Liberty and wouldn’t want to in Wisconsin

Jerry played until he was 42 and was productive, that’s damn near unheard of now, for reference Michael Thomas & OBJ are 31 and they’re pretty much done as top level productive WR’s.They’re #’s last year were on par with Jerry’s final season.

How could yall look at Pattys wife and not known?

The signs were literally right there.

Huge question mark at qb but the rest of the roster looks pretty damn solid.

Chase started participating in practice so a deal is probably close. I’m sure Bengals offered something but he was holding off until Lamb’s deal was done to use as a framework.
Not sure it means they’re close. Chase has 2 more years under contract so the Bengals could easily wait until next summer, just like the Vikings did with Jefferson.

Bengals screwing themselves again leaving it late to get Chase's deal done...

Would've thought the Higgins situation would've made them more proactive on that front
Eh, Chase and Higgins are two completely different situations. Chase is asking for Jefferson+. And they have 2 years of him under contract. He’s prob going to reset the market whenever his deal comes through. Higgins is really good but completely different situation. They’re obviously comfortable with letting him walk eventually and replacing, whether that’s right or wrong.

Numbers can be adjusted, but this just sounds unsustainable
