Cousins was really good for the first couple months. Fallen off a cliff since then, and more than deserves to be benched.

The heel turn on Cousins has been funny. Falcons were trash to start the season if you were watching and won like 4-5 games by one possession when it should have gone the other way.

I was pushing this for a few years but that ship has sailed I think

Lowkey think they'd be better off taking a 1 year flyer on Kirk with that core than giving Purdy the market setting deal he wants.

I wasn’t cool with signing Kirk till we drafted Penix. I hated the idea of committing to Kirk for the next couple years and potentially doing the vet QB carousel. Penix made me feel better about it and was the first time I felt the falcons actually tried to be proactive about planning for the team.
