Wrong.
Lions already have a win over Minnesota. And 5-0 in the conference. If they lost last week at SF they would lose the tiebreaker. But since they won they own it.

It gets weird, but Lions win the division and #1 seed with a tie. Lions have a better division record (division needs to be determined first) and would have a better conference record.
