Derek Carr for all his faults is at least a decent passer and was having better season than Cousins prior to getting injured….

Jones to Carr is an upgrade they’ll at least be a competitive mid-tier team

Carr is a great bridge QB. I could see him having a decent bounce back under Daboll, but he does horrible in cold weather so Shaduer/Ward better get up to speed by December
