Hope the fit and comfort are better this time around. The last retro looked good but fit TERRIBLE.

I'd say there pretty much identical to my 2011 pairs. Quality is there, stitching is nice, zero glue stains. I'm happy with them, can't wait to see if they drop some other colorways. Ideally the cincinnati reds ones.

Where you live at? I already went back and pretty much everything but a size 8 was left last Wednesday. I suspect more hibbets will get them soon and if I catch them I'll pick up pairs for those who want them...Definitely need these. Might drive to Dayton.

Yea how’s the comfort ? Cause the last 2 retros were horrible fit and comfort wise.

Don't expect anything to change on that front, they get more comfortable broken in but definitely not the most comfortable shoes. Sometimes you have to trade comfort for style and these look

There is only so much comfort im wiling to trade though
. It’s hard to wear these older shoes if they are too stiff when the newer pairs are so much more comfortable.

True, but this shoe is timeless and the nostalgia it has for most of us old heads can't be overlooked. These new freshwaters are going to be a sellout for sure.There is only so much comfort im wiling to trade though

There is a comfort to style balance and when all else fails, go up a half size and get a good insole.

Remember waiting all my life for a retro of these my favorite "Trainers" of all time (anything Griffey basically)...and when they did I remember them having some hype behind them....kinda like if you knew you knew and my mom and pops at the time look out....I was never that happy with a sneaker release.....but jesus christ was quality and comfort horrible....the mid soles peeled within 2-3 wears.....I was sick to be honest...after that don't even bother. With that being said....if these can be had for @ or around $80.....would consider.
