Got some news to clear some ish up for yall...

Dear Koosh,

Thank you for your interest in the Kobe Huarache 2K5, style number
310850-151. The official nationwide release of the White/Varsity
Purple-Canyon Gold Huarache 2K5, will be on July 1, 2005. This will be sold at
all retailers, a few including NIKETOWN, Footlocker, Finish Line, and
Footaction.

Additionally, there will be an all black and purple color that will
drop on August 1, 2005. This will be a very limited release, available
only in the LA area. Please contact your local retailers for
availability of this item.

I think KELLY from NIKE still doesnt know what she's talkin about regarding the LAKERS 2k5...it says on the email given to all NIKEBASKETBALL.COM members that it's releasing on JUNE 2...but she says JULY 1????!!!

I personally tend to believe Kelly. I mean June 2nd is on a Thursday. Now if they are realeasing on NDC then that's one thing, but when was the last time a shoe dropped in the stores on a Thursday????

If I remember correctly last year I got my white/navy/carolina 2K4's on the release date and it was a Thursday.

I got a BACKORDER CONFIRMATION email today saying that the shoes will arrive within 2 weeks of the backorder date..i thought that was weird since WE ALREADY REALIZE THAT...any of you get this??

dont think so cuz i work at FootLocker and we got the laker colorway and they didnt have any symbols on it. We also got the Blk/grey/white which look kool

Not stepping over ya Koosh, but just for second confirmation, I also emailed Nike for the acctual RD for the Laker colorway. Too many discrepancies. On NDC is says June 2nd, but Kelly says July 1st.

I'll post it when I get my response
