That's Nike's thing. Build hype in the states by releasing EVERY OTHER COLOR everywhere else. And it was a asian exclusive, too. Not just the UK. Asia pretty much got every color they made. Even the brown.
I sure hope they do come out again, I really wonder why the US didnt get them along with UK
Dude they'll come with green drawstrings haha--just in time for the holidays. The blue kind of ruins the grey sweats IMO. And that black one is the same product code as the others, but the color code is 011. I bet it's the drawstring with the speckled on it.they better not throw those blue drawstrings on them

You can the Super 1MM in Europe for ~ $100. End had them for that price.
Edit. They won't discount it on NDC. They'll just send them to outlets instead. No tech fleece has gone on sale on NDC that I know of.

Honestly Nike has to stop playing games with the states, I just want some sweats in every different color. I've only seen brown nike tech pack and it's on @DennisTodisco
