Got my Tech Shorts in from NTLV and I'm glad I went TTS on them, I size up for the Tech Pants 1.0 and 2.0 from a M to L, but I had a feeling the shorts are a different story and got a M.
I'm 5'9, 160 with a 32-33 waist.

Yeah they get snug around the calves. Most people size up one size, and it still fits snug, just not extremely tight.
