Ok I called Gazelle Sports and had a long conversation with a very knowledgeable gentleman. Here is what he said and/or knew from Nike telling him:
"Gazelle Sports will be getting two color-ways, the volt/black/white and the orange/black/white. These color-ways will come in both the Flyknit Trainer and Flyknit Racer. The volt color-way will be the most common of this release and the Orange color-way will be one of the most limited color-ways. Only 18 brick-and-mortar stores will be getting the Flyknits and they can sell them in-store only. No phone or internet orders. Some stores/retailers will get color-ways that are limited to just that retailer, ie the orange/black colorway might be only available through Gazelle Sports."
Then we talked about Nike and its production. I have heard that they were having trouble developing the manufacturing machines for the flyknits and that would make sense of Nike slow-playing this release potentially missing out on a huge opportunity with the Olympics. The gentelman said "Right now there are only 2 flyknit manufacturing machines in the world. Nike is the owner of one already and will be receiving another in the fall/winter"
Also new color-ways for 2013 were mentioned. He had pictures in the computer which I tried, unsuccessfully, to get him to send to me. He told me the color-ways that today was the last day for him to order for 2013 were
Flyknit Trainer
Black/White
Teal/White
Pink/Gray
Yellow/Green
Flyknit Racer
Red/White
Black/White
Also mentioned for the 2013 color-ways was that the inverse of some of the color-ways would also be available. ie. The teal/white would also have the inverse of white/teal. They just flipped with color was more predominate in the overlay of the weave.
He also said that the Nike Lunar One with the flyknit technology would be more widely available and sold in stores such as DSG
