i know this has prob been asked 100 times but how is the sizing on the trainers..usually i am a 9 in everything else and free run 2s but on the freerun 3s i had to size up to 9.5 cuz i felt that it was not wide enough for me..with that said what size should i get the trainers in?
thanks for the input..greatly appreciate it.

I have pretty narrow feet and the racers fit me perfectly, but on the trainers there is definitely the normal wiggle room. I would say you should be fine with a 9!

Seems like it varies for people but you sound like me, only two sizes smaller but I have a wide foot as well.  I had ordered 11s in both Flyknit Trainers and Free Run 3s and ended up needing 11.5s in the Flyknit Trainers.

Try Roadrunnersports. I tried a 12.5 in the racers there. I called a few and they had the black or grey trainers in 12.5 Both my pairs of trainers are size 12.5. Just call all the lukes locker locations and do a phone order

Doc: I know you're big on Frees just as much as I am, so I'm interested to read your thoughts about a comparison between them and FKs.

I still run in my frees. The flyknits trainers are cool and i like the colors and the heel forefoot zoom I think the pricepoint should be more like $120-125 for these Frees>flyknit trainers Although I love zoom. For running the more natural foot strike that frees provide is what works best for me and my knees The outsole on the trainers and the racers is not as flexible as frees Feels kinda blocky but again I have been running in frees for 7 years When I tried on the racers I thought to my self that they weren't worth 150 and they kinda felt like high heels even if they are super light If you are trying to pick between racers and trainers I would suggest trainers for the heel and forefoot zoom since the pricepoint is the same for both. Don't pay over retail for these. Wait on the restocks.

Just got a pair of volt and blk/wht trainers for retail and free shipping from Lukes Locker..they doing phone orders!!!
THANKS DOC for the info!!
They have multiple stores that have them in store in Texas

I've been wearing my TTS black/white flyknit trainers and my left shoe is ridiculously tight. I noticed after looking at my volt trainers that the toe is very flat (pictures below). Anyone know how to stretch them out a bit?

Came back from my vacation to see the Volts on my doorstep from Nikestore Eugene. Also, a big thanks to a fellow NTer for helping out with the Black/White Trainers!

Just a quick shot I took, I plan on wearing both pairs to the ground and using them for workouts.

For those of you still looking. My volts came in from Luke's locker earlier this week. Call them. They were 160 shipped no tax. Probably best price out there

Thanks for the info! I was able to easily scoop up the volts in a 12 this afternoon after weeks of searching!

Any word on a restock on NDC? I am looking to pick up the blk/white pair but I found a volt pair on the bay but I don't want to over pay for these. Any help?

Finally, found a pair of Blue Glow trainers! I basically got all the trainers I wanted :hat . Now, the hunt for HTM versions :rolleyes :x :{ .~

you wont see a restock anywhere until jan/feb when the lunar ones drop. once these flyknits are gone they are most likely gone for good.

so tempted to phone order a pair right now... how much extra for shipping is it when phone ordering from a Niketown?

^ Only Racers I have are the Orange pair. I like the actual Flyknit on the Racers, but they're too narrow. The trainers are a better fit for me.
I might get the white/black or black/white trainers later.~

EDIT* jst628, I think for ground it's $9-12.

It will be around $170 shipped or right under depending on your state's tax %

Does anyone know of a place that has the orange/grey ones or the blue glow ones in stock and are taking phone orders?
Also, aside from NikeTowns, how willing are these stores to do phone orders?

Can I get a guide to all the different flyknit variations, because I'm lost.

There's the flyknit racer and trainer, then there's the lunar one and the lunar chukka, and there's rumors about a flyknit free?

Call some fleet feets. Also all niketowns will do phone orders 48 hours after the initial release of any product.

^ Trill check a page or two back. I think it was Boss Tycoon that posted pics of different version. Anyone please correct me if is wasn't Boss Tycoon.~
