In past posts in here some have done Jason Markk and others put them in the washing machine (I think cold water) inside a pillow case.

Another cleaning tip:

I've cleaned my flyknits in the past by putting them in the washing machine.
Remove laces and insole, wash on warm or cold with a little laundry detergent. I like to pretreat them with some type of spray cleaner like shoe cleaner or even carpet cleaner.

After washing let them air dry for at least over night. DO NOT PUT IN DRYER!
