If your IDs are personalized with a name or numbers then it is defective.

Even the ones without personalized features are considered defective at my local. But, as I said, check with yours in case your manager sees things differently.
(I know, because I've wanted to buy some non-personalized ones and I can't).

i remember going to a local outlet and seeing a Roshe ID on the hash wall. Dirty sole, clearly worn if you actually looked at them.... but either the employee was pure LAZY, or just didnt care and wanted to try n sell em. i shouldve taken a picture
