Last Month's Nike Outlet Thread

Thanks to everyone who contributes both regularly and here and there. Again, this thread exists as a source for information, so let's all do what we can to keep it that way.

First and foremost, state the exact location. Do not post a store name and leave readers hanging.

Methods for searching for a product (have the style code ready):
- Call NIKEFIND at 1-800-806-6453
- Chat (IM) with a Nike Rep

Speak with a Nike Rep
For those who are a bit hesitant about using Nikefind or the Nike product searching methods, here's a basic step-by-step. I just did it with an item that was in the outlet over two months ago and the entire process took me less than half an hour.

1. Chat with a Nike Customer Service Rep.
2. State you are looking for a product and give the style/color code. Speed up the process by finding the product code before hand.
3. If the product is available somewhere, the Rep will give you a list of locations along with phone numbers.
4. Call the numbers, request the product. Some may have them, some may not.
5. Place your order over the phone with credit card; ask for a manager (for general safety).

Why is my comment not showing?

What's considered a 'non-clutter' comment?

Anything that provides info. A flaw in a B-Grade item, a store that will/won't price match, and so on. If a question has been answered, don't beat a dead horse.
 
I haven’t got an F&F email this time . I gave mine away last time so hopefully someone can hook me up with one this time . TIA PM please
 
i've got 4 friends waiting for my coupon. I didn't receive any coupons via email as well. I hope the app comes through. We plan on going this saturday

Welp I'm bout to just ask for F&F CARD at my local stores they give it to you 85% of the time hell it's better then waitIng for some stupid email process. SMH
 
Spoke to a Nike rep via phone and Twitter DM about Nike+ app pass not showing or if emails are still being processed/sent out.
Here's the answer that I got from them quote for quote.
"Uninstall and reinstall the Nike app and see if the message turns up. Please note, emails and in-app access passes are still rolling out. Continue to keep an eye on your inbox for any updates."

Got my email pass on the 30th. Anyone know if the F&F good at the Nike Brooklyn store?

I recall during the last F&F having to logout out then log back into the app to see the pass. As of now, it is still not showing up in the Nike app. I'll check again in the morning and try it then.

Just tried now and that didn't work. Hopefully they show up tomorrow. Gonna try to hit up Alpine when it opens before things get picked off.
 
Hey All! I didn’t receive an FF email but am a Nike+ member. I tweeted and Nike replied to call them. They pulled up my Nike+account and escalated to their email team to send me an email for a 1-time use All Access code. Said I should have in 2-3 hours. Call 800-806-6453
 
*** FRIENDS & FAMILY UPDATE ***

I just got off the phone with a customer service rep @ Nike and they informed me of the following as it relates to the Nike F&F Nov 2 - Nov 6, 2017:

For this Nike F&F weekend, “select users”/Nike+ members are being sent F&F vouchers, NOT every Nike/Nike+ member will be receiving a pass. Selections are being made at random, there is no “science” as to why some people have gotten them and others haven’t. Me personally, I have not received an email or pass in my app, and I find it very frustrating bc I spend about $300 a month at Nike Factory Stores. Looks like some people are just not going to get the email/pass sent to their app this go around.

However, my advice, as this worked for me, is if you are fortunate enough to have a Nike Factory Store near you, stop by and tell them you’re a Nike/Nike+ member, have your app open and show them your code and tell them you haven’t gotten the email or pass on your app yet. I did that just now at my local Nike Factory Store and they gave me 2 F&F pass cards.
 
Can anybody post the coupon?

It’s usually one generic coupon that anybody and everybody can use.
 
Yea, don’t post physical coupons, app coupon are generic. Email too if it has the same number.
