No, I have 3 Geforce 980s right now, just an upgrade.. woulda did 3 but they only support two way SLI

I planned on starting it a couple days ago, but UPS lost the power supply.
Waiting on a replacement and for the rx 480 to drop.
Tues is when I plan on assembling the parts, then pop in the gpu last.
Trying to figure out this pc stuff took like 6 weeks of research.
You could buy a really good prebuilt digital storm pc, but you'd be paying a $100-$300 premium.

I was really into it last year. I was researching it all day at work and then I just fell out of it. Do you plan on playing mostly single player games or multiplayer? I know FH3 is no brainer for you

Preordered it today. Hopefully I don't .... up the pc build, then I'll be set.
I just hope some more third parties take advantage of the xbox play anywhere feature.

I'd rather get the sapphire rx 480, because concensus is that they're the best amd card seller.
1. It's the most affordable new video card.
2. It'll supposedly do 1080p at max settings and 1440p at reduced settings.
3. They're trying to reduce the cost of good vr by introducing this card.
4. Pardon me, if you already know this.
There's features called free-sync(exclusive to amd video cards) and g-sync(exclusive to nvidia video cards).
Both of these features elimate screen tearing.
If you want a basic monitor with either gsync/freesync.
Having gsync will run you $400~ and free-sync will run your $200~.
