Let these degenerates fight!

Key to the fraud was his systematic replacement of white engineers who questioned company claims with pliant Indians on H-1B visas.

Someone needs a lesson on the long, documented anti-Asian history of the American immigration system.

In August 1895, 24-year-old Wong Kim Ark returned home to San Francisco after a visit to China. He carried a departure statement attesting to his identity and legal status as a United States citizen born on American soil. But John H. Wise, collector of customs, refused to acknowledge this status, arguing that because Wong’s parents weren’t naturalized, he was ineligible for birthright citizenship. Wise ordered Wong deported, citing the 1882 Chinese Exclusion Act, which prohibited the immigration of Chinese laborers for ten years and barred Chinese people from becoming naturalized citizens.

Also, quotas have always been a feature of US immigration, and there's nobody to blame for having to wait so long for her resident status other than the fact that she comes from a country with 1/6 of the world population.

This would would be horrible idea.

Absolutely.

It’s funny because merging entire states is totally passé and unneeded in a world of such tight economic integrations.

For better or for worse, the real power on this earth is Capital flows. Having lots of states is probably a source of peace at this point, since it allows for more local decision making and allows new sets of elites to emerge. Moreover, it disperses military power over more polities.

If anything the US needs to break up into a few different countries and those countries along with what ever Mexico and Canada break up into along with all those the smaller polities in North America, brought into a treaty organization for political and economic cooperation.

This is a softer version of what is happening in Dubai Quatar, where some categories of foreign workers get their passports confiscated by their "employers."

I can't take this anymore
And he hasn't exactly explained how Americans "win" from H1-B visa holders taking their jobs, because I don't think Melon supports UBI or anything approaching it.
If he and Vivek are serious, I have the feeling that Teslas will no longer be so safe to drive. Some folks just won't be rolling coal in their direction.

He just wants essentially slave labor. He knows that H1s won’t argue against extreme conditions and long hours.

An American employee unless the comp is stupid good is going to deuce out.
