Official Sacramento Kings Off-season Thread

As usual we come out sleeping in the 3rd. Nice comeback but it wasn't enough.

Let Pooh start, he knows how to dish the ball. Not bad for a rookie.

Geez...These guys are horrid.

I really hope some changes are coming soon. It's so frustrating to watch this team get spanked every night.

Beno needs his minutes to be reduced. He's good on offense but it's not worth the points he gives up on defense.

It was a good attempt at comeback at least...

Clippers look better when Baron isn't playing. Same can be said with Tyreke right now. Dude can't finish with those messed up ankles/feet.

Fantastic. Glad to see the Maloofs are looking to splurge a lil and and spend the big bucks to add some weapons on this team

Tyreke Evans Update.

Today at the practice facility, the Kings were forced to play short-handed because of the absence of both Samuel Dalembert and Tyreke Evans.  Dalembert has flown back to Philadelphia to attend the funeral of long time 76er beat writer Phil Jasner who passed away Friday after a battle with cancer.  Evans was in Los Angeles visiting a foot specialist to get a second opinion on his ailing plantar fasciitis.  Following practice, Coach Westphal had this to say about Evans:
It’s always a fine line.  If a player plays when he’s injured and doesn’t play as well, does that mean that he shouldn’t play?  But then, if he doesn’t play, then people will say, “oh, he’s a wimp, he can’t play with a little pain.
