That's exactly right.
With 7 out of the 9 remaining games at home, 49ers are in prime position to get healthy and go 8-1 to finish 12-5 (my prediction before the season) and win the division.
I need this pretty boy Jimmy G to turn back the clock to 2017 Jimmy, pre-ACL injury and start playing like he ain't scared to get hit or throw deep.
I want Kansas City's head on a platter in the Super Bowl.

We don't want to go 9-0 in the 2nd half heading into the playoffs cause that would be a bad omen. Media would create too much hype, it would get into the players' and coaches' heads and it would be all bad, like 16-0 Patriots bad, losing a game when it mattered most. Can't peak too early.
An L vs Gum Chewer in Seattle will get the team re-focused with 3 games left, then we can take a 3-game win streak heading to the playoffs and we "peak" at the right time.
