The defense has been looking sloppy. Wish the 2 seed still got a bye because the time off would’ve been beneficial to fixing that.
If they’re going to win a Super Bowl this year. They’re ultimately going to face offenses capable of picking them apart. Need to get things under control quick and also hope this offense is capable of pulling its weight in ways the 2019 and 2021 squads weren’t in crunch time so that theres not such a small margin for error.

And I hope it backfires. I’ll tell you this. I feel more comfortable if they have a lead and need to go on a clock killing drive with Brock under center than I do with Jimmy. The mobility and smart decision making. I’m not even thinking this is a 7th round rookie. L.
The Jets almost went to the Super Bowl with rookie Mark Sanchez at qb. And he played decent that playoffs. I’m not all that worried about Brock’s inexperience. Would love to see the defense absolutely ball out. But I’m confident Brock can put points up when needed.
