The day this POS Jake Moody gets cut like Campbell would be equivalent to the joy I get from spraying a can of Raid on a trail of ants in my kitchen floor.

The fact neither Jed York, John Lynch, or Shtinhand have not yet cut Moody after he’s missed like 10 kicks this season is proof this organization’s leaders are a bunch of pushovers.

No Balls WhatsofknEver.

Put that on a gotdamn T-Shirt.

Man we got so many needs.

I don’t think we good at anything

feels like niners' have no depth at any position. plenty of all pros but the drop off behind them is extreme, even amongst starters.

- fred warner starting next to devondre
- trent lining up on the opposide side of mckivitz
- no #2 TE either as a pass catcher or blocker
- bosa's looked bad, but who on this line was generating any kind of pressure when he was doubled?
- jake moody should've been a back up kicker

strange to feel like this team is "thin" at so many positions when lynch seems to have hit in the late rounds of multiple drafts. our secondary might be the only part of the team that has multiple pieces and that is if renardo green takes another step next season

This is why I am SUPER CRITICAL of the genius Shanahan.

He of all people knew the depth issues this team has had all year and yet this genius of a coach couldn't adapt with the guys he had and scheme his way to a playoff berth on a team that STILL SHOULDVE MADE THE PLAYOFFS considering how weak the NFC West is, lack of depth and injuries notwithstanding.

A great coach would still have made this team very competitive but we all know what Kyle Shanahan isn't - a leader of men.

He is a play caller. Nothing more nothing less.

Serious depth is a serious issue for this team and falls on Lynch's hands and brain. But the bigger problem this organization has IMHO is the head coach and his stupid and stubborn ego.

2025 is his last season to prove himself and show he can adapt and evolve. If he doesn't he is outta here.

Facts. The lack of depth is alarming. They need some immediate contributors in this upcoming draft. They’re way too dependent on everyone being healthy and that’s not realistic in the NFL.

This is one of those throw the entire season away type of years though. The Rams game at sofi, the cardinals game at levis And the Seahawks home loss. Those are all games where they had to do everything humanly possible to blow those games. And they managed to do it 3 separate times. They got their work cut out for them this offseason. But I think they all need a fresh start and a mental reset. Between all the foolishness this offseason and how they lost the Super Bowl. It was going to be an uphill battle this year.

The coach shouldnt be blamed for Brock's 4th quarter game ending interception(s)
I’m looking at the bigger picture

Brock’s story has yet to be told. Get him an elite coaching staff and some elite level wide receivers and he will thrive. You’ve already seen what he can do with full strength CMC and Kittle. But too bad his coach and offensive coordinator is a fraud

How long has Shanahan been the coach and how many chances has Shanahan been given and failed to win it all?….. compared to Brock, who has just finished his second full year in the big leagues

Yes, Brock’s had a subpar year. But so did the entire organization. And This is A Team Sport my friend.

If I were York, I let Purdy’s rookie deal ride out and make him earn the big bucks because he certainly didn’t earn a pay raise with this year’s performance.

If I were York, hell naw do I make the same mistake we made with rewarding Jimmy too early.

If York pays BCB $50 mil this offseason then that’s when you know the Yorks are just like Kyle - stubborn and never learns from their mistakes.

Would teams be clamoring to give Brock 55+ mil a year?

Could you get 2+ 1st round draft picks for Brock right now?

If the answers to both those questions are no then you can’t give him top of the market bread.

When it comes to Purdy. It’s practical for them to use the current circumstances to their advantage. No other team is giving him $50 million if he hits the open market. His stock is low now compared to 10 months ago. You can negotiate in a way reflective of that. His agent can play hardball, but if the market isn’t there it’s just noise.

For the love of God though. They need to go all out prioritizing the offensive line. I don’t care if it’s Brock, some future rookie qb or some highly sought after qb who hits the open market. You gotta protect your qb. A good offensive line makes your qb look that much better. It keeps your high priced qb healthy. It allows a rookie qb to develop better. It doesn’t matter who the qb is. Games are ultimately won in the trenches.

There has to be someone in the 2nd or 3rd round better than mckivitz. Beyond him, though, lynch has to start eyeing trent’s replacement, too. Feels like this isn’t going to be a glamorous off season at the “skill” positions but im not mad if they focus on the trenches at all costs

I really feel like we’re a tackle away from being a very good oline. We’ve got an all timer and 2 good guards.

Both answers are no. We need to go into the draft and get the replacement.

Brock Bundy's arm strength has regressed. He already peaked out. Already passed his prime.

Injury prone.

Hes not even reading coverages anymore.

We need to go into the draft thinking 2 Tackles, 1 center and 1 guard..

The all timer is always hurt. Banks is suspect.

Puni is who you build around

Unless you’re telling me we’re coming out the draft with Sheduer than absolutely not.

Can’t pretend like I didn’t see him play at an AllPro level.
