You mean Arundle Mills? Random. It's gone downhill over the past few years imo. They've been getting a lot of returns over the past few months though.

Fast times... And yea, Queenstown is usually pretty good. Rehoboth outlets in Delaware, Hagerstown, and Lancaster are usually pretty good as well. Need to check out National Harbor still, supposedly it's pretty nice.
