sizing is on point, im also a medium and find it to fit fine ( BTW its not authentic). The one thing i dont like is the sleeves, they feel awfully tight. Same with my Man U away. Long sleeve for the win!

yes for international jerseys. as far as i know, no for premier league jerseys.
