I just got an item brand new inside its original packaging rejected due to a "foreign odor"
Im heated, im probably gonna get the jacket back without the original packaging or a jacket that actually has the odor

They ended up sending it back with the original plastic bag!

There was a defect on the inside of the shirt near the collar. It looked like extra fabric hanging out.
