What size 59fifty do you wear if you don’t mind me asking? I think this hat will be too small for my 7 5/8 dome.

7 1/4. The problem isn't the size, it's a normal snapback. The problem is the lumpiness of the crown thanks to the way the front panels are stitched to the stripe details that go around the sides. It pulls the middle of the crown back toward your ears giving it an ugly hourglass shape.
