Anytime you can save more money on retail or resell, through discounts, bargaining, good timing, or another way, is pretty smart.

If you want something (a bandana bogo in this case), just get it and find a way to offset the purchase by scaling back on other things or resell a pair or two of kicks in the closet. The market price is what it is, just grab one, be happy, and streamline some other aspects of your life to pay for it.
