Wore mines over 20+ times even to ride a bike for few hours. A little rips here and there but nothing really noticeable

2 or 3 times a day and my joints are perfect...

I dont go rock climbing or **** like that in them but I also don't walk like a *****...

Nah they fall apart in the straps. I got em wet and that made em split at the top.
