Pretty sure they can because the transaction is only pending. Not a debit transaction where they remove the money right away.

yes
the money is not actually out of your account its on hold until the item is shipped
once the item is shipped and you have the tracking number you are good
they would have to go thru so much to get the package back put it back in stock and reverse the transaction from your account if they canceled a order AFTER you got the tracking and it has been packaged and shipped

With Bank of Amer, the money gets debited instantly. Still shows as a "processing" transaction, but the money is def gone.
