wow didnt know lebain was that hard to get... Lucky i got a pair of large and a tank top in white large and they shipped already.

Dam its salty in here...
Sold out before 11:00 because the link didn't change and automated services were out in full force. You best believe the salt levels are high! Especially with all these newbie NTers coming in trying to sell their 5 hoodies.

helping my friend find a size swap, he had to settle with a medium cause large wouldnt add to cart for him
I hate to say it (and I know I'll take a lot of heat for this) but I kinda don't like it when people buy things that aren't their size in the hopes for a size swap. I'm a purist in the sense that I only buy things I want for myself, I have never used a bot (and never will) and I will never buy another size for a size swap. The one time I did that, I thought I could fit into a 9.5 mens, and normally I can fit 9.5 but it didn't work out, so I sold it to buy my size 10.

Got my shipping from the bainsanity... Fastest they've ever sent out to me, usually takes a day.

Debating to use my wife's card (same billing) to get my second nalgene (not for resale) but don't want them to cancel my Bain... Or is shipped mean shipped on the truck and gone???

Shipping confirmation means a label was created. It isn't gone until it starts moving in the UPS system which could take a few days.

I'm still torn from missing out earlier.

Congrats to those that got the Le Bain to actually wear though. :smokin

M&N is running a sale on most of their jerseys, $100 each:

Bought a few to fill the hole the Le Bain left, :lol .

while I agree on the size swap bs, get a bot bro. you're already putting yourself at a disadvantage by not using one. it's baseball in the 90's with streetwear and shoes, everyone's cheating and manipulating the system where they can.

Like I said, I'm a purist and always will be. I like the fact that I'm a regular human being. Ya'll can cook on the steroids of copping releases but I'm not gonna pull a Mark McGuire just to be the best. It actually ends up meaning that you're the WORST. It's like if everyone in baseball started taking steroids, it ruins the sport. I know I'd have better chances, but I'm content not adding to the problem and taking an L some of the time.

I was very hesitant to do so, but after weighing my options I paid for a proxy on the LeBain yesterday and I'm glad I did, paid much lower than resell.

Ah, gotcha. When I get mine in, if it's too big I might be down to trade for his medium. I'm a large in pretty much everything from supreme but there's a chance i suppose.

The slippery slope argument totally applies here. Once you say "If I can't beat em, join em" and everyone else follows suit, then everyone is using bots and ruining the game. You might as well be saying, "Getting MYSELF a pair (or whatever) is more important than YOU getting a pair so I'll cheat to make sure I get mine." It's selfish and immature. No different than cutting the line at a release, you're doing something dishonest to ensure you get a pair at the expense of others who may have had a better claim (waited in line longer or whatever).

can't really blame him for wanting one to wear, this dude isn't going to resell but damn these went faster then anything this season and I would've probably done the same thing and went with a m if it was available if i was in his shoes.

I get why you would do it, and I'm not gonna say he's wrong for doing so, I just completely disagree with the tactic. It's one thing if you think you can fit a medium but I'l never try for another size unless I think I can swing it. Otherwise I'm holding something hostage for my own selfish reasons and denying someone else the chance to get their size. Then, you have to hope against hope someone else is holding your size hostage so you can make a hostage exchange. I mean, when I miss out on something I'm bummed, but not enough to go buy a size I KNOW I can't fit to hold as trade fodder. For some reason, people seem to think this isn't as bad as reselling. In my eyes, they're on the same level. I remember during the foam crisis, so many people were buying up foams because they wanted trade fodder. You might as well just sell the thing and use the money to buy what you want (ie reselling) because it's the same end result. People just like to mask their reselling as trade fodder because it is less frowned upon.

supply and demand at its finest.. he wanted it to rock, couldnt cop his size so he got the next size available which happened to be a medium. hopefully theres a bigger restock on larges over mediums and someone needs that trade, but i get what youre saying when people have to sell that size which wasn't their size in order to cop in their size at resale prices. but even if this wasn't my homie I couldn't really hate on him for doing that. especially if he just wants it to rock and not resell to make money.

Thanks, homie. I think we're in the minority on that topic, unfortunately.

Not supply and demand at all. Supply is high enough to feed all real Preme heads, but not high enough when you have twice as many resellers trying to buy, too. That's all I'll say on that topic. But again, I'm not hating on your friend. He can do his thing, I just don't respect it.

all im sayin is, someone who cops a size thats not his because his size wasn't available in order to trade for the size he wants or even resell to buy the size he wants from resellers isn't nearly as bad as people who grab multiple sizes, proxy for quantity for reselling or even just buyin one just to resell

There are definitely degrees. Yes, buying 8 hoodies is worse. But at the end of the day, he couldn't handle an L so he bought a size he can't fit. He has every right to do it, and there's nothing illegal about it, but it is selfish (in my book). Capitalism favors self-preservation.

I hope he gets his size because I genuinely desire that all people who wanted the hoodie to wear got it at or around retail. Just saying I don't agree with his methods but I seriously hope he cooks and it's nice of you to help him out in his quest.

No need to explain homie. I'm glad you're helping your friend out, I hope it all works out for you.
