One odd thing I noticed using Paypal last week:
I was using PP on one device (can't remember which) and on the other while I was going through the PP password/confirm process added the same item to my cart. I hadn't yet hit the "process" button after PP returned me to my cart but my other device's cart said I'd already ordered the item. When I did hit "process" on that first device to complete my order the processing bar did its thing for the usual amount of time and then I got my confirmation page.

So I don't know if Supreme registers your order before you even process it when you pay w/ paypal and then it only gets confirmed once their system acknowledges the "handshake" w/ their payment processor.
