Not true, if you are using a VPN and you are pulling past the splash or carting however which way you are manual or not, you will be stuck in payment loop unless you clear your cookies or add a pair of socks or a random item. This will update your cart info and you'll be able to proceed with getting out of payment loop.
This happened to me with the Olive Release on the US adidas site.
Customer Service told me, if my CC and address are not US it won't go through.
I even tried my paypal as the payment method with my US address and because my paypal was CAD and my billing address was CAD it still did not allow me.
Anyone else confirm this?

For me, I used to get to the payment screen, enter my information and when I click submit it will go back to the order or payment screen or freeze (which in this case I would refresh and end up back at the enter payment information screen).
That doesn't answer my question, the rep said it was due to me having a CANADIAN CC and billing address... VPN only gives you a US generated IP, it doesn't get past the fact that my credentials are all canadian?
Note, I used to buy V1 ultra boosts with no issue with my credit cards/paypal as long as I used my US shipping address, but I guess now they have changed it.
Also note, I never used a VPN in the past but I was still successful.
same here got that error also at us release of UB TB.Just to add to this, with the triple black ultra boost US release earlier. I didn't use a VPN, my billing and shipping info was my buddy that lives in the states. I couldn't process the payment, I just kept getting a loop. I tried PayPal and the PayPal screen wouldn't load.
