Official Travis Scott x Jordan Thread ...

eBay is running a 20% discount for certain sellers and soleblock is one of them. It works on velvets, medium olives, and canaries.

Thanks, gonna pull trigger on browns. $380 shipped.

We expect resell on Velvet browns to drop more? Trying to see if I should wait a bit longer but I'm a 14 and those eventually become hard to come by
Prices for my size 10 have been lingering at $400 unfortunately, expected them to go down by now.

Gonna bust these out in the fall

Hi guys, can you please go over to the fake check forum and take a look at my pictures and let me know what you think regarding the Travis Scott velvet? Thank you.

pairs defiantly very from pair to pair. Top pair was from packer it has a more two tone from panel to panel. Bottom pair is from snkrs and has more consistent finish/color on every panel of the shoe. I prefer the top pair personally. might not be coming off as clear in the the pic.

Sorry my guy but I can’t tell the difference

Sz 10 after shipping and tax was $440 - staying firm at $400 cause I don’t need them but also they’ll probably go up and I’ll never consider getting them again. Oh well.
Not sure what pair you bought. Probably because I live in PA and don’t pay sales tax but they came out to $380.

I wouldn’t pay resell for MOST shoes these days. I don’t mind with Travis 1s though simply because they go up in value and are easy to unload if you want to get out of them. Trav 1s are some of the only shoes that gain value even as you wear them lol that’s a not a bad deal as long as you don’t over pay. These aren’t the best color that’s released but I’ll put them over the canaries because they’re more wearable and the latest medium olives because those are essentially a 2.0 of the orginal olives.

But for how long? It isn't sustainable. But I get u.

Who knows to be honest. But as other shoes that were certified grails have completely crashed, a lot of the travs have x2 and x3. I remember a few years back I turned down buying a VNDS pair of OG mocha lows for $850. If I had bought it then I could have worn them for 3 years and sold them for then I paid for them. Thankfully I was able to trade for them eventually but for better or worse TS 1s seem to be bullet proof. Phantoms were in the high $400s in my size 11 when they dropped, and they’re about to hit $1200. Reverse mochas were $1100 and almost reaching $1900. Fragment lows $1200 are almost $2200. Hell even the medium olives which is probably one of the most available releases there have been is almost $600. If you paid resell when they dropped worn them for 2 month and decided to sell them you’d make your money back and have enough for some chikfila:lol:

I have no idea how long it’s going to last and I can defintely understand not wanting to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars are shoes that retail $150 but the market definitely helps making that decision easier imo

Travis Scott 1s are the only shoes that can look like this and still sell for nearly $1000 looking like THIS. It’s a crazy world lol but I’ll enjoy it while I can lol

I had to check sole block... They wanted way too much and tried to used that 20% coupon to bring down to an already inflated price...

Went back to look and they lower my size 12 pricing from $717 to $538. It's still higher than market but the 20% helps...

Sole block is also based in China/asia. I think larger sizes go for a premium out there because they’re not allocated as much.

My size was $433 after discount. Goat and stock x are $471 after shipping and fees. I had a random $60 in my PayPal account from some refund so I came out of pocket ~$370. If you’re over a size 11 you’re better off with goat or StockX.

But they def marked up prices on other shoes. I was following their green Nigel RM’s and before the code it was listed at $404. They upped it to $458 afterwards. With the 20% off it’s still cheaper but the increase offset the the discount by alot

Man I don’t know if I screwed up and handed my pair over to the final boss or not. So my pair was in my state, but not my city on Friday. Something came up and I wasn’t gonna be home on Saturday (the delivery day) during normal UPS hours. Cactus Jack shipped these with signature required, so I changed it (on Friday) to hold at a nearby UPS location. Well Saturday morning comes and the shoes arrive at my local facility (not where I set them to be picked up, the facility wasn’t an option), and then…. They just never get put on a truck. Now it’s Sunday and there’s no delivery date and the status hasn’t been updated since yesterday at 8:50am that they’re just “on the way.”

It’s especially frustrating because I paid them $5.99 for the privilege of them not getting held at my UPS location and possibly stolen.

Tried calling UPS and of course the 1-800 number is closed today.

Any advice?

Hope for the best. Expect the worst. You’re basically in limbo until tomorrow.

I thought they delivered on sundays to their own stores (since they’re open today) but maybe I was wrong. Hope they show up tomorrow. I’ve been fortunate to never have a sneaker package stolen, so this would be a first. :/

And here I thought hold at an ups location was the *safe* option.
