the teams concerned;
e) goal difference resulting from the group matches between the
teams concerned;
f) greater number of goals scored in all group matches between the
teams concerned;
g) drawing of lots by the FIFA Organising Committee.




That means in the world cup they will just pick it out of a hat?

.Penalties *****. In the Libertadores you get a whole new match if this happens, weak sauce as far as the WC goes.

North Korea 0 pts

FIFA would just draw lots?
