I didn't try it but from what i was reading apparently it doesn't work.. It still will prompt you to enter the password during the activation..

Any device on IOS 7 with a passlock is basically a brick, Without the code you cant put it in DFU to restore.

Sort of, evasi0n has a deal with some Chinese company to release the jailbreak. At the same time rumors of Geohot achieving jailbreaking IOS7 surfaced. They had to beat geohot because they wanted the credit, and if geohot released they wouldn't get their million dollars

How long is the jailbreak taking anyone else?
I've tried twice, and "configuration 2/2" step has taken ridiculously long.
Edit:
I had turned off auto lock instead of pass code lock. All good now.
Will post an update on xbmc in a couple hours.

Yeah that sucks, all I care about is BiteSMS, Deck/NCsettings, SwipeSelection, and MyWi. Out of all of those only MyWi worksi should have waited.
I am glad MyWi is working. I am also glad most of you had no problems jailbreaking. I was worried that Lifehacker said to hold off.

You can stream it to your tv if you have an Apple TV.
You can also grab on of those cords apples sells and stream it that way.

I love my jailbroken iPad 2, I don't think I'm updating to IOS 7.0 anytime soon even with this new jailbreak.

My boy just showed me his io7 jailbreak using moviebox through the apple tv......damn. It makes my playstation irrelevant, download or stream or anything else for what!?
If I just bought a 4s and jailbroke it without it being a carrier contract, could I use moviebox via WiFi only on the jailbroken 4s? Hope this makes sense.

BiteSMS beta should be out on Dec 28th. They said they have been working on it for months now. My selection swipe is working again i just had to reinstall mobile substrate and selection swipe
