Like to see Dukes have a good season too.
dukes is MY DUDE. unfortunately, he tweaked his hammy in the opener and is out 4-6 weeks.

Though I don't know how J-Rain can say Zimmerman is the BEST 3B in the MLB. I think he's forgetting about A-Rod.
i would take zimmerman > a-rod any day of the week. i wouldn't pick any other player in all of baseball to replace zimmerman on thenationals roster at any position. he's the best young player in baseball and i wouldn't pick any other player to build a franchise around.

anyways...nats @ cards tonight. perez has a 8.46 era vs the cards and pujols is something like 13/20 vs him with 5 homers.

hopefully we can get the w.

now that i reevaluate the pitch, it was too close to take. felipe lopez aka flop has been downright dreadful. we need to trade him or outright release him.
