Seriously. For Kanye, what you guys are viewing as regressing creatively is progression. This sound speaks to him right now, so that's what he wants to make. Besides, as someone said, it seems like you guys just plan to completely overlook the introspection he offered on some MBDTF/G.O.O.D Friday tracks.

In Re: all of the previous Kanye comments:

I definitely feel what everyone is saying - he definitely isn't going back to that place, and I don't expect him to, I just feel like an album in the vein of CD (production-wise) would be amazing. The sonic possibilities, given his current resources, are next level. The album I'm imagining, NO artist has made it yet, and he's probably the only one who could do it. I don't even want to hear another Dropout - this would be different.

And yes, this is all progression - I don't see it as a regression at all; as people grow, so does the art they make. Songs like "Lost In The World", "All Of The Lights", etc., are all very, very Kanye to me, even though they're nothing like CD. Still, somewhere in there you can hear traces of his early work, and I love that.

Cliffs: I don't really want to hear Kanye on trap beats.

That Hit-Boy track was painfully average. (except for the beat)

But I can see him blowing up for some reason.

If someone asks about inspiration for this vid, and Kanye denies any link to the full cut of "Bad" by M.J., he's lying.

Nice vid though.

KanYes starting to kill me with this whole being fake artistic thing. It needs to stop

wow...never even heard that track before...
here's the other track they sampled in case anybody didn't know what it was...i always thought it was some indian #+$*...guess not
Kanye's G.O.O.D. Music Crew To Perform At BET Awards

Usher, Nicki Minaj and Chris Brown are also scheduled to perform at show, which airs July 1.
By Rob Markman

Good things come to those who wait. When it was announced that both Chris Brown and Nicki Minaj would perform at the2012 BET Awardson July 1, it was hard to imagine that BET executive Stephen Hill and his gang could pull even more star power for the Samuel L. Jackson-hosted show. But they continue to pile on: They already added Usher to the roster, and on Tuesday (June 19), Vibe.comannouncedthat G.O.O.D. Music will make their first live television performance as a collective during the big show.

Kanye West's name wasn't dropped in the report, but it is hard to imagine that Yeezy would miss out on some major camera time. 'Ye actually leads all nominees with seven nods, including two in the Video of the Year category; he also has an upcoming label compilation,Cruel Summer,to promote.

"It's perfect. My grandma gonna be watchin', my mom, my family, the whole city,"Big Seantold MTV News of his excitement for the show, for which he earned a few solo nominations. "It's just tight that I can represent those people, everybody who had that dream, everybody who used to ride to school [listening to] their idols — now I'm with them. It's just tight that I can show people that it's possible."

It's a safe bet that Sean, along with Kanye, Pusha T and G.O.O.D. affiliate 2 Chainz will all performCruel Summer's lead single, "Mercy." But if anyone knows how to seize the moment it is West, so don't be surprised if he opens up the stage to more of G.O.O.D.'s talented roster, which includes Kid Cudi, Common, Q-Tip and CyHi the Prynce.

"G.O.O.D. Music is the best team out there," CyHi told MTV News earlier this month. "Lyrically, bar-for-bar, song-for-song, concept-for-concept, we are the world, we can take it to a cipher, we can take it on the record. It don't matter 'cause we the best."
