From a production standpoint Mercy , Cold, New God Flow and I Don't Like are all subpar. I don't think Kanye would do anything that underwhelming. Obviously Mercy and NGF are on there, but I doubt I Don't Like and Cold are on it.

Can't be real, or have all the songs. They pushed it back in the first place for a few Mos Def features. No Hudson, Tip? and that cold track was on Khaled's album wasn't it? Who knows.

'Cold' was not on Kiss the Ring, if that's what you mean. It shouldn't be on this album, either. Pretty underwhelming track IMO.
Is this confirmed to release on iTunes on Tuesday, or is it all hearsay?

All of my hype right now.
Glad it's only 12 songs, I honestly hate it when artists overstack songs on a tape. Especially since this is a collective tape with a broader number of artists working on it, an album with less tracks means filler tracks should ideally be left a minimum.
I'm still pissed that we're getting cruel summer at the end of September though.

A few sites are starting confirm this track list, it's looking like it's real. I'm also hearing iTunes will have it for sale the 4th or 11th.
I like that it's a short album. Really wish 2 Chainz was just on Mercy and that was it.
