OFFICIAL Ye fka "kanYe West" x G.O.O.D. Music Thread - ¥$ (AKA YE X TY DOLLA SIGN) - VULTURES 2 (NOW AVAILABLE sorta)

So let me get this straight... This album isnt on sale anywhere? The only way to (legally) obtain it is to stream it on Tidal?

Okay so I know it was dude on the Panda song, but I legit thought it was future on the other song. Why did Pusha sign this *****?

People like to have selective vision when it comes to fanaticism; only the stans and capers are ever

but somehow the ___s that'll pop in here to call son a bum and talk all sorts of **** about his new family never get so much as a word thrown their way.

As I said a while back; both extremes are equally lame.
THIS!

Yeah honestly that just seems like a wack move as your first signing, sign a guy that's blatantly jumping on another dudes wave. I can't lie, the Panda joint kinda goes but he's still a blatant future clone.

Very small detail, but I don't like how in the new wolves cdq Sia left out the "Amongst the yellow eyes" lyric. :( :( :(

Guess I'm one of the few people who likes highlights

Dream singing at the end is probably the catchiest part of the entire album though..

Also, I think I've figured where this 'Ye came from and why he's now this way. The last few times I've seen him (Yeezus tour and 808s in LA), he would go on these long 20 minute auto tune rants at the end. It's like he's stuck in that mode and decided to make a whole album. "He'll give us want we need. It may not be what we want".

Yeah i think you are right. In both shows the minute this happened i yelled out "great he's ranting again!!" :rolleyes
Then i went to get a beer took a break and enjoyed the rest of the show. Might be the same thing i'm a do with most of this album.

You really cant be mad at someone for thinking its Future on those tracks. This Desiigner kid does a pretty good job at biting. No effort what so ever to sound different than Future

Less the yesmen, more No Id, Rick Rubin, Mike Dean, Pharrell, Cudi... this joint coulda been the greatest album ever if he gave it a bit more time and kept losers out the studio.

You take them away, and who else does he have?

His creative circle ARE a bunch of yes men.

Who is he going to get to sign off on the tracks? Don C? Travis Scott? Big Sean?

At this point, theres no telling the man anything. No matter who you are. If he wants to hear yes, he's going to hear it

I've listened to this album about 6 times now and is grown on me really fast. My opinion has gone from it being decent to very good I really enjoy it. The only tracks I really skip are Feedback, Low Lights, Highlights, I love Kanye (but its only 44 seconds so it doesn't really matter to skip it) and the intermission (if that counts) depending on how i'm feeling so 5 out of 18 tracks isn't bad.

Kanye albums have always had skits, but the album would have been better if he left off Low Lights, Silver Surfer, I Love Kanye

listened to Panda perform the song live, and although he sounds like Future... his flow is completely different

their patterns aren't the same
