Damn, people don't like Fade?

I really like the production and beat and I think the lyrics suit well. it doesn't try too hard lol Maybe he should have made it a bonus track or something, I have no quelms with the song tho.

I really can't stand the transitions in some of the songs though. Like on FML when the drums come in after the weeknd signs the hook and I'm expecting an epic bass drop with the weeknd getting a verse or something and it switches to what it actually is. Pretty disappointing. I'm gonna take that part out of the song tbh

I personally wasn't expecting much after yeezus and from the songs that were released prior to the release, they didn't affect my expecations.

But I can't help but feel a bit disappointed this album wasn't refined. I'd rather a refined product if it meant waiting more then what we have now. Maybe when the CD is finally released, the final cut is much more refined than what it is now.

all in all, 7.5/10 for me.

Fade, personal favorite. Should have been longer as well.

I cant **** with this album apart from a few stand out songs. This ***** aint even rapping on some of these songs. 

This bruh. Son is a spectator/hype-man on his own **** for a good amount of tracks.

Apparently there was an email to the people who preordered the album saying that the partial version can be streamed on Tidal, and the final version will be out a few days later.

After several days of listening to the album, it just isn't that great...better than Yeezus though.

I feel like he didn't have a plan for the album between balancing the album and his line; therefore, the album got thrown together to meet a date. Obviously, I don't know his progress with the album, but it seems like with some songs, he was dusting the rapping skills off, which songs shouldn't have been on the album. On others, such as Ultralight Beam, Real Friends, and NMPILA, he was really rapping. It seemed like NMPILA was a recent completion and he talks about "being back", so he was hitting a rhythm.
