I know it's Kanye & all but does nobody see the Hilarity in JP MORGAN cutting ties with Kanye west over some **** he said??:rofl::rofl:

Think about all the predatory **** the bank has done to society as a whole, think about the billionaires who's money they are holding & the myriad of sick **** they have done..... and compare that to Kanye making a remark about Jewish people & getting banned

**** is comical at this point, then when you point out dem people have a wild amount of power in this country your labeled as hateful

trynafeelmink trynafeelmink you make alot of great socioeconomic and societal points. On the opposite side (the banking side), they are essentially too big to fail as we all know. Most national or worldwide banking institutions are knowing harboring BILLIONS & BILLIONS of currency laundered thru the illegal sale of guns, drugs, terrorism, and ultimately APY and interest and they choose to look the other way. Also as we know, America and American corporations do not want to see black people succeed especially a black man obtaining his power and authority naturally thru hard work dedication and button pushing

I get that Kanye is pissing everyone off and it's hard for anyone to feel "sorry" for his situation because it's self inflicted, cool.

But seeing people try & justify this as normal business just because it's happening to Kanye has been mind blowing. We are watching an institution that harbors money for murderers, rapist, corrupt politicians, traffickers & legit the worst of the worst severing ties with a billionaire based off one comment. Yet these same people will go on saying cancel culture isn't a real thing & it's all made up. This is a WILD precedent to starting

and yet it's not gonna be challenged or discussed in mainstream media, because he said something about Jewish people  & because it's Kanye. but if we took those two things out of the equation i think everyone would be equally perplexed about the banks action.

TOTALLY AGREE!!

and that’s also why kanye is fighting the battles that he is (regarding the banking stuff, and cancel culture, and mainstream). He’s trying/want to put everyone on blast about their bigotries and hypocritical stances.

I’m not defending him @ all because he’s proven too many times to be such a wild character who sometimes doesn’t know what his left side is doing from his right (or whatever the analogy is). I agree with some of his fights/battles, but alot of the things he says about black people is insulting and insane. I think he realized that he needs white people more than he needs black people now, even tho black people were the ones who helped him get to nike

Its already been priven his account was closed before he made those comments because he was talking **** about Chase and threatening to close his account anyway. Just another example of your hero being his own worst enemy.

O really?

Why no one is talking about this

They are... in the OTHER Kanye thread.

But the bank’s move was unrelated to West’s recent caustic remarks; a source close to the situation tells The Daily Beast that the letter was sent on Sept. 20, weeks before his antisemitic tweet and his fashion show.

The source added that the letter was actually sent in response to West's interview with CNBC last month, in which he announced his intention to stop banking with JPMorgan while also railing against his corporate partnerships with Gap and Adidas.

“I’m moving my money over from JPMorgan over to Bank of America, possibly, because I go and move $140 million over to JPMorgan and [CEO] Jamie Dimon never calls me,” West said at the time. “I find out Jing Ulrich is one of the heads of the board at Adidas and one of the heads of the board at JPMorgan, and they already treat me a certain way at Adidas. It doesn’t matter how much money you move over there.”

The Epstein comparison is just lazy.

Turns out they sent him that letter last month before any of the recent comments

And this is a perfect example how easy the far right gets people to embrace their inner distrust and hatred based on a false narrative.

Yup… people see one thing posted and take it as gospel. It’s frightening really. It’s usually the same people that scream “fake news” at anything that goes against their narrative.

Turns out they sent him that letter last month before any of the recent comments

So it wasn’t his comment about Jews, instead it was his comments about one of the board members, or some **** he said about Adidas

Either way my point still stands, Kanye is too “dangerous” to business with… the actual criminals are good to go tho 😂

And he’s apparently been banned from Twitter & IG for those comments… can’t have hate speech there but I could watch a ***** die on the platform every hour on the hour 🤷🏽‍♂️

Whatabboutisms

No one is forcing you to watch people die on these platforms.
You say Kanye is too dangerous to do business with when there's an article that said Kanye wanted to leave JP Morgan, and they gave him what he wanted.

The gymnastics people to do to appear right on here.

Fam idgaf about being right to any of you

It's an opinion that you don't have to agree with, nobody is forcing you to read Kanye's tweets or IG post either but they've been banned/suspended

i don't want to hear about how dangerous someone's "messaging" is when you can see anything from murder to p*rn on the same platform nonstop. And also the article that you keep addressing comes from the daily beast & is attributed to someone close to the situation

& in the quote that they are framing as Ye "ending his business with JP morgan" it's literally him just saying he's thinking about moving his money from there because he doesn't like how the business is treating him.

so again if we can't believe Kanye about Kanye business, or apparently his new "advisor" :smile:lol:smile:... then maybe we should hold off on taking the word of "someone close to the situation".......

So we talking about Instagram and Twitter's TOS? If he violated their TOS on hate speech, he shouldnt be shocked that he was banned. If the people who post murders and porn on those platforms and it is against their TOS, then they shouldnt be shocked that they are banned as well. Simple as that. Is you beef with the platforms' TOS ?

If we talking about the bank situation, the bank ended their relationship a month ago after Kanye complained about them. A bank is not obligated to keep an unfavorable client based on RISK.

Candance Owens cropped out the date the letter was delivered to Kanye to frame it as if it was because of antisemitic remarks, trying to push the tired conspiracy that the "jews run the bank".
