IV whiteouts had some grey too, but this seems like a bit much to still count as "blackout".

but they messed up by adding BLACK OUT on the insoles of these

Ricky: They take in 20 at a time (kinda like sheep). They don't talk when they walk you over there. They don't tell you the sizes they have. No gift cards, discounts, etc. can be used. No children can buy and only one pair per person. This is what happened at least for the DK release. It was raining, cold, and not fun to wait. Never again at HOHLA...

Not to generalize, but I will generalize and broad stroke this. HOH LA not only needs new management, but in my estimation, most Footlockers and their affiliates do as well. Have very little success, good experience with the Footlockers in my area. I will avoid them at all costs in the future. The one exception for me is HOH- Chi-town. I have found the employees and service there to be very decent. Even though I am by no means a "regular" they have always been very cool about helping and accomodating me whenver possible and not feedind me a bunch of bull. Just my two cents. Apologies in advance if I sound like an old curmudgeon.

I know everybody says this, but I feel like I'm far from the norm...
I found all my experiences at HoHLA very efficient, very smooth and the workers did keep us posted on what was left and going on...
I'm still 70/30 to go tomorrow morning and just "press my luck".......No Whammy! No Whammy! STOP!
